- The Alabaster Water Board is committed to ensuring the
security of your personal identifiable information. We
will take reasonable precautions to protect this
information from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure
or alteration, including, putting in place appropriate
physical, electronic and administrative procedures to
safeguard and secure such information.
Business Days / Delivery Method - Our
business days are Monday through Friday, excluding
designated holidays. Our normal business hours are 8:00
am until 4:30 pm unless otherwise specified. Please
allow 24 to 48 hours to update customer records or at
least the next business day.
If your account is about to be
disconnected or has been shut off for delinquency, do
not assume payment being made online will avoid service
disruption.
Your online payment must be made by 12:00 noon;
otherwise you must come into the business office before
4:00 pm. If you have any questions or do not
understand this disclosure, call our office for
assistance.
Online Credit Card Payment - This payment
is non refundable unless it is an over-payment of a
finalized account.
A finalized account that has
been over-paid by a credit card transaction will be
issued a refund check by the AWB Accounts Payable
Department.

Limitations
- You agree that neither the Alabaster Water Board nor
any party involved in creating or delivering this web
site is liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your
access to, or use of this web site. The Alabaster Water
Board assumes no responsibility for and will not be
liable for any damages from any viruses, which may
affect your computer equipment or other property on
account of your access to, use of, or downloading from
our web site.
Changes In Terms
- It is possible that The Alabaster Water Board’s terms
and conditions may change over time. We will post any
changes on our web site. Prior notice may not be given,
however, where an immediate change is necessary for
security purposes of changes to terms and conditions.
